Terms and Conditions

Please kindly read through our terms and conditions:

Once-off Website design.

  1. Estimates are sent out by Seventy 7 Webdesign have been prepared according to the requirements requested by the client. Should any changes to the brief be required, the quotation may need to be amended accordingly.
  2. Work will only commence after quotation has been accepted and once a confirmation of 50% deposit has been received. The remaining 50% shall become due when the work is completed to the client’s reasonable satisfaction.
  3. The 50% deposit is not refundable.
  4. Should work in progress be suspended for one month or longer or cancelled due to reasons not applicable to Seventy 7 Webdesign  the final invoice fee must be settled in full.
  5. Client is obligated to supply all materials and information required to complete the work. If there is a deadline, and there is a delay in supplying these materials to us, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadline by a reasonable amount. Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you the full projects work.
  6. If we are working on a website, and the website work has been completed, we will provide you with an opportunity to access the website. If you require any amendments that are within the original scope, we will make the changes.
  7. You agree to reimburse us for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third party software, stock photographs and fonts.
  8. Method of payment accepted: Electronic transfer. Proof of payment will be required.
  9. All quotations are valid for 15 days.
  10. Please note that Seventy 7 Webdesign is currently not VAT registered; therefore prices will be quoted and charged for ex VAT.

Monthly Website design

  1. Estimates and quotations sent out by Button Art have been prepared according to the requirements requested by the client. Should any changes to the brief be required, the quotation may need to be amended accordingly.
  2. Work will only commence after quotation has been accepted and once a 100% of monthly payment has been received. The monthly payment options is payable in advance and invoices will be send on the 25th of each month and needs to be paid on the end of each month.
  3. Duration. 
  4. This agreement will run month to month, from the commencement date, until terminated by either party on 30 days’ notice. Pro rata rates will not apply. The monthly subscription is payable in advance.  In the event that you cancel the agreement prior to the expiry of the agreement period (12 month’s) you will remain liable for all amounts owing up to the date of cancellation and in addition Button Art will be entitled to impose a reasonable cancellation penalty in contemplation of the Agreement enduring for its intended term.  Should work in progress be suspended for one month or longer or cancelled due to reasons not applicable to Button Art, the final invoice fee must be settled in full.

All Other Orders.

  2. All domains, certificates can only be ordered once 100% of payment has been received.
  3. You agree to reimburse us for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third party software, stock photographs and fonts.
  4. Method of payment accepted: Electronic transfer. Proof of payment will be required.
  5. All quotations are valid for 15 days.
  6. Please note that Button Art is currently not VAT registered; therefore prices will be quoted and charged for ex VAT.
